Ron Davidson is a corporate finance and M&A expert with focus on mid-sized (international) M&A transactions. In the past, Ron served as managing director for a German investment bank, where he was responsible for several mid-sized M&A and financing transactions. Next to common share deals Ron also advised successfully in more complex asset and restructuring transactions, where international groups like e.g. Atlas Copco or Carl Zeiss Meditec were involved.

Prior to his investment banking career, Ron served as manager at KPMG, where he was responsible for diverse business evaluation projects.
